After wandering Vachon, visiting an old friend, seeing the Bird King, playing on the beach, checking out all the farm stands and visiting out a Lavender Hill Farm, for Indigenous People’s day, I’d worked up quite the appetite. Casa Bonita did not disappoint. The salsas were amazing. The corn pico was a Mexican sauerkraut of sorts and was so good. The atmosphere was perfect and I am leaving beyond happy and stuffed. I will be back for sure. I also hear they have one of the best burgers on the Island.

Great authentic Mexican meals from Enchiladas, Chile Rellenos, beans & rice. Huge Burritos don't let it's size scare you let the taste you devour it. Great tasting Margarita too.

Perfect pitstop on island for a post-adventure lunch. We came in at 1pm on a beautiful Saturday and we’re immediately seated. We ordered a couple cold drinks - common beers - and enjoyed the chips with salsa (and beans)! For our meals, we ordered shrimp tacos and the seafood (fish) enchiladas. Both were reallllly good. Rice and beans were even tasty! I altered the enchiladas to switch out the red sauce for a cream - highly recommend. Overall, service was excellent and sitting nearish the AC units made it very comfortable inside. Bonus - there’s patio seating for good weather days. We think the menu prices were fair and we’d definitely come back in the future.

Yummy, yummy food! Great cocktails and just overall fresh ingredients. Great flavor! Also pet friendly in the patio. Our server was very helpful and sweet. Will defenetly be back when in Vashon. 10/10 for sure!

Wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant! We always have a great meal! Tonight we enjoyed the Chili Verde and Pork Adobada Oaxaca which was amazing! The house margaritas are tasty and not too limey. Fast friendly service makes this place great. Enjoyed by locals and visitors!

I was excited to see a vegan menu at a mexican restaurant, but disappointing results. We didn’t get what we ordered, the food was bland and overpriced, avocado had brown spots, lettuce wilted, server not attentive. The good is the vibe- the staff seems nice and the patio is in a nice, quiet spot. The fake meat was also ok for what it was. Still, there are better choices in town, even for vegans.
